Studio Guidelines

- All guests must sign an individual general liability waiver to use the facility and keep a valid credit or debit card on file for missed or late sessions and other applicable charges.
- We understand that life happens, and plans can change! To make sure everyone gets a chance to enjoy their sauna experience at Sweat Reno, please cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled time. Because each session is reserved just for you, our cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policy applies to all situations, including weather and travel delays. We truly appreciate your understanding and care when scheduling, it helps us keep things running smoothly and fair for everyone.
- Sauna sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
- Arriving 15 minutes late or more is considered a "No Show" and a fee will be assessed. If a sauna is available after arrival, you can sign up as a "Walk-in," but the "No Show" fee will still apply. We kindly ask you to be considerate of other members' time and book your appointments responsibly to ensure everyone enjoys a seamless experience.
- A $10 fee will be applied for no-shows or late cancellations.
- All members and guests use Sweat Reno’s facility at their own risk. By entering and participating in any activities, members agree to assume all risks and to indemnify and hold harmless Sweat Reno, its affiliated organizations, owners, partners, members, directors, officers, contractors, and agents, in accordance with the membership agreement.
- ALL memberships are on auto renew. To cancel, a cancellation form must be completed online.
- Memberships may be paused for up to 60 days with at least 15 days’ notice. To request a pause, please complete our online membership hold form. If the pause exceeds 60 days, the membership will automatically continue until a 30-day cancellation form is submitted.
- To cancel a membership, the online cancellation form must be completed. Cancellations require a 30-day notice. We require a 30 day cancellation for all memberships. Please do not contact us via email, Instagram, or Facebook to cancel.
- Packages are non-transferrable.

Our one-year expiration policy encourages you to prioritize your health and wellness by using your sessions within a reasonable timeframe. Regular visits help maintain the momentum needed to achieve your wellness goals, whether it's reducing stress, improving recovery, or detoxing. Additionally, the one-year expiration helps us manage resources effectively and maintain the quality of our services. It allows us to account for operational costs, inflation, and changes in offerings, ensuring that we continue to provide the best experience for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re always happy to help you schedule your sessions to make the most out of your package! Thank you all for your cooperation.
