- Sauna sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
- We understand that life happens, and we strive to deliver top-of-the-line sauna experiences. To ensure that all members enjoy their time with us, please cancel your session at least 1 hour before your scheduled time if you are unable to attend.
- All Memberships & Packages require a credit card on file.
- A $10 fee is applied for "No Shows" or a late cancellations.
- Arriving 15 minutes late or more is considered a "No Show" and a fee will be assessed. If a sauna is available after arrival, you can sign up as a "Walk-in," but the "No Show" fee will still apply. We kindly ask you to be considerate of other members' time and book your appointments responsibly to ensure everyone enjoys a seamless experience.
- A $55 enrollment fee is required for monthly memberships. The fee is waived for members with a 3 month (minimum) contract.
- ALL memberships are on auto renew. To cancel, a cancellation form must be completed online.
- To cancel a membership, the online cancellation form must be completed. Cancellations require a 30-day notice. We require a 30 day cancellation for all memberships. Please do not contact us via email, Instagram, or Facebook to cancel.
- A membership can be paused for up to 60 days with a 15-day notice. To pause a membership, the online membership "hold" form must be completed. If pause exceeds 60 days, membership continues until 30-day cancellation form is submitted.
- Packages are non-transferrable.
- If you have issues with your payment, you will need to update your credit card information and become current on all past due payments. If you wish to cancel, you must have your account current up to "signed termination".
- ALL members and guests using Sweat Reno's facility must sign individual membership agreements and provide a credit/debit card to be kept on file in the event dues need to be deducted directly for incidental charges and "No Show" fees.
- ALL members and guests agree to use Sweat Reno's facility at their own risk. In accordance with the membership agreement, members assume the risk of entering and using Sweat Reno's facilities and participating in any activities, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweat Reno and its affiliated organizations, owners, partners, members, directors, officers, contractors and agents.
- Packages Expire 1 year after purchase:
- At Sweat Reno, we want to ensure that our clients experience the full benefits of our wellness services. Our one-year expiration policy encourages you to prioritize your health and wellness by using your sessions within a reasonable timeframe. Regular visits help maintain the momentum needed to achieve your wellness goals, whether it's reducing stress, improving recovery, or detoxing. Additionally, the one-year expiration helps us manage resources effectively and maintain the quality of our services. It allows us to account for operational costs, inflation, and changes in offerings, ensuring that we continue to provide the best experience for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re always happy to help you schedule your sessions to make the most out of your package! Thank you all for your cooperation.
